This was our second time buying and selling our home using Tonya and her team. We are beyond grateful we had Tonya in our corner during this incredibly stressful time.  We knew that buying and selling during a pandemic was going to be without its challenges however, Tonya and Ashley gave invaluable advice and direction in helping us prepare our home to sell and finding our perfect forever home!!  After our home was beautifully staged (with thanks to the amazing Stage it and list it) we made the decision to stay in a hotel in order to optimize showings.  Upon arrival at our hotel we were incredibly moved to find gift bags for our children, it was such a loving gesture.  Tonya’s attention to detail and ability to adapt to changes due to the global pandemic made us feel at ease when it came to showing our home.  The night we received offers, the unexpected happened and the buyer we selected walked away and we were left devastated.   Not only did Tonya remain calm and positive she was able to keep us optimistic as well.  Within 18 hours Tonya was able to facilitate a new offer and we couldn’t be happier with the outcome! We feel so blessed to have been able to work with such a knowledgeable, caring and professional woman.  We highly recommend her and Ashley and can’t say enough about them.

She was very professional, doing full market analysis of our neighbourhood. She explained in detail the process of selling, when to sell the house and our house was staged fabulously.

I recently sold my property for the second time with Tonya McIntyre and her team. Selling your home can be a super stressful time, but with Tonya I always felt like I was in the best hands. I put complete trust in her and she never steered me wrong. She helped me get my home ready and looking it’s best and she was always available to answer questions or help me when I needed. When it came time to list we had 99 showings in 5 days ! (That’s not a typo, literally 99 showings) On the fifth day the house was sold over asking and I couldn’t be happier.
